Red Lentil, Rice, and Coconut Soup Recipe

The Recipe

So here's the recipe, and it makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

100 g Italian rice rice, dry weightiness

100g red lentils

1 heaped tsp turmeric

200 g of grated celeriac and/or carrot.

1 litre of vegetable stock

Directions:
